Nigerian Passport Holders
A. Visa on Arrival
Nigerian passport holders holding a valid, previously used US, UK, or EU (Schengen) visa can get an Egypt visa on arrival.
Current fee: $200
Required document: Passport data page only
Processing time: 3–14 working days
Additional requirement: Yellow Fever Card
Important note: Visa-on-arrival fees may change without prior notice and can increase to as much as $500. An additional $25 cash fee may be payable in Cairo.
B. Stamped Visa
For other Nigerian passport holders:
Other Nigerian citizens are required to process their visas at least one month before travel.
Visa fee: $500
Processing time: 2–3 weeks
Requirements: Yellow Fever Card; Passport valid for at least 6 months

LOS/ABVCAISSHRixos
- 01 — Visa
Make sure you have sorted out your Visa, if not find information on that in the previous section/section above.
- 02 — Flight
Lagos (LOS) or Abuja (ABV) → Cairo (CAI) → Sharm El-Sheikh (SSH). Connect onward to Sharm El-Sheikh from Cairo.
- 03 — Arrival
Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport (SSH). Complete immigration, collect your luggage, and proceed to the arrivals area.
- 04 — Resort Transfer
SSH → Rixos Premium Seagate, Nabq Bay. Approximately 9 km, around 20 minutes. Arrange a taxi or private transfer independently.
